Aménagé dans un édifice de style gothique et renaissance datant de 1319 comprenant des parties d'origine, le Dominican Hotel se trouve au cœur de la ville dorée, non loin de la bibliothèque nationale et de la place de la vieille ville.

Entouré de pittoresques ruelles pavées, cet établissement se trouve à seulement 300 mètres du célèbre pont Charles ainsi qu'à proximité d'autres sites de la vieille ville de Prague, comme la place de la Vieille Ville avec son horloge astronomique. Toutes les chambres et salles de bains ont été rénovées récemment. Elles sont équipées avec tout le confort moderne.
